Die abgezogenen Dielen geben dem Apartment eine warme und charmante Ausstrahlung, ebenso die hohen Räume eines typischen Berliner Altbaus. Das Haus wurde in der Gründerzeit 1885 gebaut und 2010 renoviert. Ein anderes ähnliches 1-Zimmer-Apartment im selben Haus kann auch angemietet werden. Obwohl sehr zentral gelegen, ist es im Apartment ruhig.

Kabel-TV, Midi-Anlage, Zentralheizung, großzügige Ablagemöglichkeiten für Gepäck und Kleidung sind vorhanden. Ein bequemes Doppelbett lässt Sie entspannt schlummern. Professionelle Hotel-Bettwäsche und Handtücher von sehr guter Qualität haben wir für Sie bereitgestellt. Ein kostenloser Internet-Anschluss (WLAN) ist im Apartment angeschlossen.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, kompletten Geschirr (von Weinglas bis Bratpfanne), Besteck, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher usw. eignet sich für das schnelle Frühstück ebenso wie für die opulente Mahlzeit. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Das Apartment befindet sich im Berliner Stadtteil Schöneberg in der Nähe des Kleistparks. Optimal gelegen im interessanten Kiez zwischen dem Kurfürstendamm und dem Potsdamer Platz und in der Nähe des Tiergartens, Berlins größtem Stadtpark, der als einer der schönsten Parks Europas gilt. Sie wohnen in zentrale Citylage mit direkter und schneller Erreichbarkeit aller Berliner Ziele in West und Ost.

Zahlreiche Shopping-Möglichkeiten, aber auch lebhaftes Kultur-, Kiez- und Nachtleben können Sie schell erreichen. Ein großer und schöner Marktplatz (Winterfeldtmarkt) ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und gilt als einer der interessantesten in Berlin. Wenige Meter entfernt sind aber auch ein attraktiver Wochenmarkt sowe zwei große Parkanlagen.

Eine U-Bahn, (Nacht)-Busse und ein Taxistand sind in direkter Nähe.

Die nächste Autobahnabfahrt liegt ein paar Autominuten entfernt im Süden der Wohnung und heißt Innsbrucker Platz.

Vom Flughafen Tegel nehmen Sie den Bus 109 Richtung Zoologischer Garten bis zum U-Bhf. Jakob-Kaiser-Platz und steigen dort in die U7 (Richtung U-Bhf. Rudow) und fahren bis zum U-Bhf. Kleistpark (25 Min. Fahrtzeit). Vom Flughafen Schönefeld fahren Sie mit dem Bus X7 zur Station Rudow, wechseln dort in die U7 und fahren bis zur Station Nollendorfplatz (44 Min. Reisezeit).

Vom Hauptbahnhof nehmen Sie den Bus M85 steigen aus an der U-Bahn-Station Kleistpark (19 Min. REisezeit).

Lovely 1-room apartment (45 sqm, 2nd floor, elevator) with friendly living room with a wooden floor and relax area (3.5 m/10 feet high), bathroom with a shower, corridor and a kitchen. Central heating, cable-TV, midi–hifi, generous space for luggage and clothing. A comfortable bed (160 x 200) including high quality bed-clothes and towels. There is an other 1-room apartment in the same building also.

The house was build 1885 and it was renovated in 2010. You live in a typical apartment of the Wilhelmian style.

Use it also with the free WiFi as your addionally and quiet working space with your laptop.

Eating space for two people. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, electric stove, refridgerator, dishes and kitchenware from wine glasses to frying pans, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster: everything you need for a quick breakfast or a luxurious dinner.

A really perfect position in the city! This apartment is located in Schoenberg district nearby the underground station Kleistpark within a short way of all the major sights, museums, galleries and shops of Berlin, making it the ideal base for exploring this great city.

A central area close to Kudamm, Berlin`s famous shopping mile and elegant promenade. You will live between city-west and city-east in an ideal situation between the interesting central areas of Kudamm and Potsdamer Platz. The apartment is also close to Tiergarten, Berlin`s largest city park, reputed to be one of the most beautiful parks in Europe. Take a look also near Kudamm and Zoological Garden, the Zoo with the world`s highest number of species. Anyway - Berlin has countless events and attractions for you and easy to reach.

Numerous shopping opportunities close to the lively cultural, trend and nightlife areas, practically are nearby. A large and beautiful market (Winterfeldmarkt) is few minutes away, reputed to be one of the most interesting markets in Berlin. But you enjoy very nice parks also nearby (e. g. Heinrich-von-Kleist-Park and Gleisdreieck-Park).

How to reach the apartment when arriving in Berlin.

In Berlin you will find a very compact public transportation network. Many sights are directy and rapidly accessible. Because of the central location most guests leave their cars parked or do not even bring them at all. The apartment lies directly at U-bahn (underground) station Kleistpark in the western city. A underground, several S-Bahn (urban railway), (night -) buses and a taxi stand close to the apartment.

By car.
The nearest motorway exit is situated 3 kilometres away - south of the flat - and will take you only a couple of minutes by car. It is called Innsbrucker Platz. Berlin's inner city is an 'environmental zone'where only cars that are up to emission standards are allowed. You need a stickerwith information about the emission standard of your car.

By air.
From Tegel Airport: take the bus no. 109 (direction Zoologischer Garten) up to underground station (U-Bahnhof) Jakob-Kaiser-Platz, there you change into the line U7 in the direction of Rudow and get off at the underground station Kleistpark (25 min. journey time).
